Ya there customer servicve is shit and i as well had to use 2 emails before i finally got the demo to work, but it does work, for when i initially ran it for the first time i had to change my pw on the first log in, after that it worked every time, easy money. 25/01/2016 · Suretrader is a broker more intended for traders who don’t meet the $25,000 requirement for pattern day trading. They do have a decent platform and offer 6x leverage but their customer service can be subpar. I would only recommend this broker if you had no other option. Learning how to day trade
